This work explores the play of reflections of *pointus*—traditional Mediterranean fishing boats—on the water. The fragmented and elongated blocks of color capture the distortion of light on the water’s surface. The vivid shades of blue, red, and green evoke a sense of movement and serenity. The simplification of the forms creates a modern aesthetic with a semi-abstract rendering. The artwork is painted on linen canvas and framed with a floating frame. It is also available unframed upon request (the sides of the canvas are painted black for display).
